By placing an order with Pretty and Personalised you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions.
 
 
 
 
Prices quoted include free UK delivery via 2nd class post.  You may upgrade to 1st class post for £1 per item. Overseas orders will have a £5.00 delivery charge added on per item ordered.  
  
All items are handcrafted by myself to order, and may vary in small details, making each item unique to you.
 
Please allow up to 10 working days for dispatch during busy periods, although I usually manage to post out much sooner than this!  (Working days are Monday to Friday inclusive, and do not include weekends).
 
 If you require an item sooner, please ask and I will do my best to help.
 
If it is imperative that you receive an order for a specific date, please contact me first to see if I can guarantee delivery for then, as no refunds can be offered due to late delivery.
 
After an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email, with the details of your order ... please check your junk mail folder if you have not received it.
 
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that your delivery address has been entered correctly.  Please take a moment to check your details on your order confirmation email. 
 
Sizes for the photo frames are quoted for the inside of the frame, so a 6x4" frame fits a 6x4" photo and a 7x5" frame fits a 7x5" photo.  Photo frames are fitted with safety perspex which is protected during transit by thin plastic film on both sides, which can be peeled off on receipt of item to receive a crystal clear finish.
 
I may use a photograph of the personalised item you have received on my website, to show ideas of the wording and decoration available.  If you would rather not have your item shown on my website, please let me know by sending me a message via the contact me page.
 
Items and decorations may vary in detail from the photos shown.
 
I will personalise the items exactly as requested so please check that all spellings and detail are correct before placing the order.  If you realise a mistake after the order has been placed, please let me know as soon as possible.
 
Items are posted using the Royal Mail.  Please be aware that I have no control over the timescale of delivery once your parcel has been posted.  Royal mail state that a parcel needs to be missing for 15 working days (Monday to Friday) before a claim can be made.  If you have not received your parcel, please contact me after the 15 working days have passed and I will be happy to chase up the claim and send out a replacement.
 
 As many items are made of wood, there may be naturally occurring knots, grain patterns and colour variations, which help to enhance the beauty of the wood.  I do not refund or replace items on items on account of the knots and/or grains patterns in the wood. 
Many of my items are fragile so I ensure the items are well packaged to prevent breakages during transit.
 
If the item is faulty or I have made an error with the personalisation, I allow returns or refunds within 7 days of receipt of goods.  All items are handcrafted to order and therefore cannot be refunded or replaced unless faulty or damaged.
 
If an item is damaged or I have made a mistake on your order,  please email me at
[email protected] and I will reply as soon as I can!
 
If an item is received faulty, I am happy to send out a replacement.  I do not refund or replace due to 'wear and tear' of items.
 
 
In compliance with distance selling regulations, you have 7 days from receipt of your item to cancel your purchase.  Please email me at the above email address with any questions or queries.  This does not cover personalised items.
 
  Unfortunately I am unable to allow collection of orders from my home address.
 
 
In the event of items being damaged in the post, I will be happy to replace the damaged part.  Please contact me as soon as possible on receipt of the product with any queries and I will be happy to help! 
 
In the unlikely event that I have made a mistake with the order, I will replace the item as soon as I can.  Again please contact me as upon receipt of the item to resolve any issues.
